The Bishop Diego Cardinals basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Valley Christian Academy Lions to 36 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fillmore for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 29.

The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dunn (Los Olivos, CA). The Earwigs enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
