Texas High School Basketball - Carroll edges Seguin

The Carroll Tigers (Corpus Christi, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 33-31 in Friday's non-league test.

The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against San Marcos HomeSchool (San Marcos, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, San Marcos HomeSchool got by Medina Valley (Castroville, TX), 59-46, in a non-league test.

The Matadors now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to SA Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Seguin will battle a Rough Riders team coming off a 41-32 non-league win over Young Women's Leadership Academy (San Antonio, TX). The Rough Riders record now stands at 3-7.
