Ohio High School Basketball - Eastern holds off Miami Trace
November 18, 2022: Sardinia, OH 45171 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) and the visiting Miami Trace Panthers (Washington Courthouse, OH), saw Eastern's basketball squad hold off Miami Trace by a tally of 55-49.
With the victory, Eastern improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH) to confront the Mustangs in a Southern Hills challenge on Monday, November 28. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Unioto Shermans (Chillicothe, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 22. Miami Trace will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Shermans come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 68-15 non-league win over Washington (Washington Courthouse, OH).
