The Schurr Spartans basketball team scored 65 points and held the host El Modena Vanguards to 29 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Serna for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9.
