Illinois High School Basketball - Goode STEM Academy holds off Brooks
November 18, 2023: Chicago, IL 60652 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Goode STEM Academy Knights (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Brooks Eagles (Chicago, IL), saw Goode STEM Academy's basketball squad hold off Brooks by a tally of 40-37.
With the victory, Goode STEM Academy improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL) to confront the Ravens in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 29. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors (Hammond, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 25. Brooks will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 79-36 non-league loss to Lake Central (St. John, IN).
