November 18, 2023: Rome, GA 30161 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) and the visiting Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA), saw Model's basketball squad wallop Gilmer by a tally of 71-50.
With the victory, Model improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Adairsville (Adairsville, GA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 20. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Adairsville won 47-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Darlington (Rome, GA)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 20. Gilmer will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 49-46 non-league win over Ringgold (Ringgold, GA).
