Indiana High School Basketball - Rensselaer Central holds off West Lafayette

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rensselaer Central Bombers (Rensselaer, IN) and the visiting West Lafayette Red Devils (West Lafayette, IN), saw Rensselaer Central's basketball squad hold off West Lafayette by a tally of 58-53.

With the victory, Rensselaer Central improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Bombers host Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN) to confront the Indians in a Hoosier - West challenge on Monday, November 27. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.

Next up, the Red Devils confront the Lebanon Tigers (Lebanon, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 21. West Lafayette will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 43-32 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, IN).
