Alabama High School Basketball - New Hope overwhelms Etowah
November 18, 2025: New Hope, AL 35760 The New Hope Indians basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Etowah Blue Devils to 49 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Brewer for a non-league game on Thursday, November 20. New Hope will confront a Patriots team coming off a 80-74 non-league loss to Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Etowah falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Springville (Springville, AL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Thursday, November 20. The Tigers enter the outing with a record of 2-1. Springville won 60-51 in their recent non-league outing against Fort Payne (Fort Payne, AL)
