The Silverdale Academy Seahawks (Chattanooga, TN) basketball edged the host Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), 54-53 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Seahawks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Academy of Knoxville for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 20.

With the loss, Signal Mountain falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Chattanooga Christian (Chattanooga, TN) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 21.
