In Friday's non-league outing, the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX), by a count of 44-29.

The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lone Star (Frisco, TX). The Rangers go into the 5A Region II District 9 outing with a 4-2 record.
