California High School Basketball - Clovis nips Selma
November 19, 2022: Clovis, CA 93611 Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Selma Bears (Selma, CA), 76-71 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clovis upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 30. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Bears play the Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Selma will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 67-44 non-league loss to Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA).
