November 19, 2022: Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the DME Academy DME Academy (Daytona Beach, FL) and the host Winston-Salem Christian National Lions (Winston-Salem, NC), saw DME Academy's basketball squad hold off Winston-Salem Christian National by a tally of 63-59.
With the victory, DME Academy improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The DME Academy host Bilingual Christian Academy & Tech (Kissimmee, FL) to confront the Tigers in a Sunshine Independent challenge on Tuesday, November 22. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Bilingual Christian Academy & Tech lost 66-59 in their recent league challenge against Central Pointe Christian Academy (Kissimmee, FL)
Next up, the Lions confront the Charlotte Elite Academy Soldiers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 21. Winston-Salem Christian National will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Soldiers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 69-67 non-league win over South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC).
