The Rocky River CMS Athletics basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Weddington Warriors to 58 in the CMS Athletics non-league triumph on Saturday.

The CMS Athletics now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Norman for a non-league contest on Friday, November 25. Rocky River will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 90-65 non-league loss to United Faith Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.

The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Ardrey Kell ran past Providence (Charlotte, NC), 59-48, in a non-league contest.
