Texas High School Basketball - King crushes Port Isabel
November 19, 2022: Port Isabel, TX 78578 King Brahmas (Kingsville, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX), 68-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, King upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Brahmas travel to Banquete (Banquete, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Tarpons play the Santa Maria Cougars (Santa Maria, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Port Isabel will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX).
