The Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC) basketball edged the host West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC), 48-43 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Wolves now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hough for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 21. Ballantyne Ridge will play a Huskies team coming off a 53-52 non-league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.
