North Carolina High School Basketball - Berry victorious over West Mecklenburg

December 13, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28208

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Berry Cardinals basketball team scored a good 64-48 triumph over the West Mecklenburg Hawks.

The Cardinals (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas go into the 4A South Meck contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Palisades topped Cox Mill (Concord, NC), 54-52, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a 3A/4A Queen City contest, on Tuesday, December 17. West Mecklenburg will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 117-54 non-league loss to Dynamic Prep (Irving, TX).
