The Brandon Academy Scorpions basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Oasis Christian Lions to 42 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Scorpions now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Ridgeview Global Studies Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, November 21. Brandon Academy will confront a Explorers team coming off a 72-21 non-league loss to George Jenkins (Lakeland, FL). The Explorers record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Oasis Christian falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to IMG Academy Silver (Bradenton, FL) to confront the Ascenders in a non-league game on Friday, November 22.
