Brandon Academy Scorpions (Brandon, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad rout the visiting Ridgeview Global Studies Academy Explorers (Davenport, FL), 64-25 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, Brandon Academy advances its record to 14-4 on the year. The Scorpions travel to All Saints' Academy (Winter Haven, FL) to meet the Saints in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Saints enter the battle with a record of 4-8. All Saints' Academy won 33-31 in their recent non-league battle against Orlando Science (Orlando, FL)

The Explorers now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Four Corners for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. Ridgeview Global Studies Academy will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 71-39 non-league win over Mater Brighton Lakes Academy (Kissimmee, FL). The Coyotes record now stands at 6-7.
