The Reed-Custer Comets basketball squad (Braidwood, IL), lost 43-24 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL)

With the victory, Wilmington advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Grace Christian Academy (Kankakee, IL) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 20. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 0-1. Grace Christian Academy lost 55-24 in their recent non-league battle against Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL)

The Comets now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coal City for a non-league contest on Friday, November 21. Reed-Custer will battle a Coalers team coming off a 49-25 non-league win over Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL). The Coalers record now stands at 1-1.
