The Timpson Bears basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Center Roughriders to 42 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bears now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nacogdoches for a non-league contest on Monday, November 22.

The Roughriders (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pineywoods Community Academy (Lufkin, TX). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record.
