Georgia High School Basketball - Rockdale County can't hold off Salem
November 20, 2024: Conyers, GA 30013 Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Rockdale County Bulldogs (Conyers, GA), 65-64 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Salem advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Seminoles travel to Alcovy (Covington, GA) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 0-2. Alcovy lost 43-37 in their recent non-league match against Eastside (Covington, GA)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shiloh for a non-league match on Thursday, November 21. Rockdale County will face a Generals squad coming off a 49-36 non-league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA). The Generals record now stands at 0-1.
