Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders (Spruce Pine, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Mount Pisgah Academy Mountaineers (Candler, NC), 63-61 in a league match.

With the victory, Bethel Christian Academy advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Williams Academy (Newland, NC) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Friday, November 21. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 0-1. Williams Academy lost 81-2 in their recent non-league contest against NCSSM: Morganton (Morganton, NC)
