The Houston County Fighting Irish basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Harpeth Indians to 48 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Fighting Irish now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stewart County for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 25.

With the loss, Harpeth falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Waverly Central (Waverly, TN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, November 24.
