The Nonnewaug/Lakeview/Shepaug Valley Chiefs football squad scored 46 points and limited the visiting Amistad Wolves to 6 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Thursday.

In their next game, the Chiefs face the Thames River co-op [Norwich RVT/Grasso RVT/St. Bernard] Crusaders (Norwich, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 26. Nonnewaug/Lakeview/Shepaug Valley will attempt to improve on its 9-0 season record. The Crusaders enter the outing with a 2-7 record after their 42-0 league loss to Wilcox Tech/Kaynor RVT (Meriden, CT).
