Texas High School Basketball - Aransas Pass can't hold off Port Aransas
November 21, 2022: Aransas Pass, TX 78336 The Port Aransas Marlins basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Aransas Pass Panthers to 38 in the Marlins non-league triumph on Monday.
The Marlins now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Port Aransas will battle a Badgers team coming off a 67-56 non-league loss to Cole (San Antonio, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Aransas Pass moves to 0-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX) to meet the Red Devils in a non-league match on Friday, November 25. The Red Devils enter the match with a record of 2-1. Chapel Hill won 67-47 in their recent non-league match against Sabine (Gladewater, TX)
