Louisiana High School Basketball - East St. John overwhelms McDonogh 35
November 21, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70122 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA) and the host McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA), saw East St. John's basketball squad wallop McDonogh 35 by a count of 43-3.
With the victory, East St. John upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to South Lafourche (Galliano, LA) to play the Tarpons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 22. The Tarpons come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. South Lafourche won 43-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA)
Next up, the Roneagles play the Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. McDonogh 35 will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 45-37 non-league win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA).
