Louisiana High School Basketball - Hahnville tops East St. John
January 30, 2024: Boutte, LA 70039 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hahnville Tigers (Boutte, LA) and the visiting East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA), saw Hahnville's basketball squad knock off East St. John by a tally of 60-52.
With the victory, Hahnville improves its record to 24-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA) to play the Tigers in a 5A District 7 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 14-11. Thibodaux won 49-46 in their recent league challenge against East St. John (Reserve, LA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA) in a 5A District 7 challenge, on Friday, February 2. East St. John will attempt to improve on its 14-12 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 10-12 record after their 56-47 league loss to Destrehan (Destrehan, LA).
