North Carolina High School Basketball - Covenant Classical falls to Corvian Community

November 21, 2024: Concord, NC 28027

The Covenant Classical Warriors basketball squad (Concord, NC), was outscored 50-40 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC)

With the victory, Corvian Community advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC) to meet the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 1-2. Ambassador Christian School lost 71-39 in their recent non-league battle against Concord Academy (Concord, NC)

The Warriors now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheets Memorial Christian for a CSAA battle on Tuesday, December 3. Covenant Classical will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 25-11 non-league win over Salem Baptist Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
