The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) and the host Valor Preparatory Academy Owls (Concord, NC), observed Corvian Community's basketball team overcome Valor Preparatory Academy by a margin of 40-23.

The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Covenant Classical (Concord, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Covenant Classical defeated UR Academy (Gastonia, NC), 52-9, in a league challenge.
