The Corvian Community Cardinals basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Langtree Charter Academy Lions to 43 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Jackson Day for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. Corvian Community will confront a Mariners team coming off a 47-31 league loss to Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Mariners record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Langtree Charter Academy falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Palisades (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Pumas in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21.
