The Christ the King Crusaders bounced the host Corvian Community Cardinals basketball squad by a final score of 58-24 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Crusaders clash with the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores outing, on Friday, February 7. Christ the King will attempt to upgrade on its 15-4 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 14-6 record after their 50-48 league win over Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC).

The Cardinals (8-11) will now prepare for their outing against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptors come into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Mountain Island Charter routed Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC), 52-20, in a league outing.
