The Uintah Utes basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Deseret Peak Golden Eagles to 25 in the Utes non-league triumph on Friday.

The Utes now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Tooele for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 22. Uintah will play a Buffaloes team coming off a 62-56 non-league win over Granger (West Valley City, UT). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Deseret Peak falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host Park City (Park City, UT) to clash with the Miners in a non-league test on Monday, November 24.
