The Salpointe Catholic Lancers edged the host Pinnacle Pioneers football team by a score of 10-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 28. Salpointe Catholic will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Colts come into the test with a 7-5 record after their 39-34 non-league win over Higley (Gilbert, AZ).

With the defeat, Pinnacle drops to 7-5 on the campaign.
