Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC), saw Ardrey Kell's basketball squad hold off Marvin Ridge by a tally of 53-50.

With the victory, Ardrey Kell improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Providence (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
