Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 46-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Queen Creek upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Cortez (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 23. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Cortez lost 67-47 in their recent non-league bout against Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ)
