In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Towns County Indians basketball team scored a tight 34-29 triumph over the Union County Panthers.

In their next game, the Indians meet the Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 2. Towns County will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
