Illinois High School Basketball - Trinity can't hold off DePaul College Prep
November 22, 2023: River Forest, IL 60305 The DePaul College Prep Rams basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Trinity Blazers to 47 in the Rams non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rams now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 25. DePaul College Prep will battle a Spartans team coming off a 61-7 non-league win over De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 4-0.
The Blazers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL). The Mighty Macs enter the Girls Catholic - Red contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Mother McAuley was nudged by Whitney Young (Chicago, IL), 55-51, in a non-league contest.
