The Cushing Bearkats defeated the host Martinsville Pirates basketball squad by a final score of 47-39 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Bearkats clash with the Groveton Indians (Groveton, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, November 23. Cushing will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 80-17 non-league loss to Wells (Wells, TX).
