Alaska High School Volleyball - Tikigaq over Alak
November 22, 2024: Point Hope, AK 99766 Fans at Friday's league contest between the Tikigaq Harpooners (Point Hope, AK) and the visiting Alak Huskies (Wainwright, AK), observed Tikigaq's volleyball team top Alak by a count of 2-0.
The Harpooners (22-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nuiqsut Trapper (Nuiqsut, AK). The Trappers come into the Mix 6 North Slope outing with a 13-5 record. In their last outing, Nuiqsut Trapper defeated Alak (Wainwright, AK), 3-0, in a league outing.
With the loss, Alak drops to 4-18 on the campaign.
