South Carolina High School Basketball - Marlboro Academy bested by Green Sea Floyds
November 22, 2025: Green Sea, SC 29545 Green Sea Floyds Trojans (Green Sea, SC) backers went home pleased Saturday as they observed their basketball team overcome the visiting Marlboro Academy Dragons (Bennettsville, SC), 55-41 in a non-league contest.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Conway Christian (Conway, SC). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Conway Christian defeated Christ the Cornerstone Academy (Laurinburg, NC), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dragons battle the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, November 24. Marlboro Academy will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Defenders come into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 48-42 non-league loss to Conway Christian (Conway, SC).
