Georgia High School Basketball - Hancock Central succumbs to Putnam County

In Saturday's non-league test, the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Hancock Central Bulldogs (Sparta, GA), by a final score of 78-58.

Next, the War Eagles clash with the Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, November 28. Putnam County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 67-54 non-league win over Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA).

With the loss, Hancock Central falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Washington County (Sandersville, GA) to play the Golden Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, November 28. The Golden Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
