Dyer County Choctaws (Newbern, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN), 70-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dyer County upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Choctaws travel to Houston (Germantown, TN) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 30. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Tigers play the Halls Tigers (Halls, TN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 3. Ripley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
