Illinois High School Basketball - Oak Lawn nips Lincoln-Way West
November 23, 2021: Oak Lawn, IL 60453 Oak Lawn Spartans (Oak Lawn, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL), 76-74 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Oak Lawn upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Spartans host Sandburg (Orland Park, IL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 24. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Sandburg lost 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)
Next up, the Warriors play the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 24. Lincoln-Way West will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 55-43 non-league win over Sandburg (Orland Park, IL).
