November 23, 2024: Hale Center, TX 79041 Hale Center Owls (Hale Center, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Klondike Cougars (Lamesa, TX), 53-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hale Center upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Owls travel to Tahoka (Tahoka, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, November 25. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 1-4. Tahoka lost 42-36 in their recent non-league match against Sands (Ackerly, TX)
The Cougars now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midland Classical Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 26. Klondike will face a Knights squad coming off a 37-30 non-league win over Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Knights record now stands at 8-0.
