North Carolina High School Basketball - East Mecklenburg nudges Harding University

November 25, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28208

East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 58-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East Mecklenburg upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Sabres in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Sabres go into the bout with a record of 1-2. South Mecklenburg lost 61-53 in their recent non-league bout against East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC)

Next up, the Rams clash with the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 26. Harding University will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 62-61 non-league loss to Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC).
