California High School Basketball - Branson holds off Archbishop Mitty
November 25, 2023: San Jose, CA 95129 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) and the host Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA), saw Branson's basketball squad hold off Archbishop Mitty by a tally of 65-58.
With the victory, Branson improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulls travel to Vanden (Fairfield, CA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Vanden won 53-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Campolindo (Moraga, CA)
Next up, the Monarchs confront the Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 2. Archbishop Mitty will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Pride come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 84-59 non-league win over Campbell Hall (North Hollywood, CA).
