November 25, 2024: Sterlington, LA 71280 The Sterlington Panthers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Cedar Creek Cougars to 32 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Mangham for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Sterlington will confront a Dragons team coming off a 40-17 league win over Rayville (Rayville, LA). The Dragons record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Cedar Creek falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Bastrop (Bastrop, LA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. The Rams go into the game with a record of 1-1. Bastrop lost 53-26 in their recent non-league game against Neville (Monroe, LA)
