Indiana High School Basketball - Rising Sun overwhelmed by South Dearborn

November 25, 2025: Aurora, IN 47001

In Tuesday's non-league test, the South Dearborn Knights (Aurora, IN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Rising Sun Shiners (Rising Sun, IN), by a score of 68-43.

Next, the Knights encounter the Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) in a Eastern Indiana test, on Saturday, November 29. South Dearborn will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 47-34 non-league loss to Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN).

The Shiners (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against South Ripley (Versailles, IN). The Raiders come into the Ohio River Valley challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, South Ripley trounced Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN), 75-42, in a non-league challenge.
