In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Bear Creek Bruins basketball team scored a big 67-31 win over the Central Valley Hawks.

The Bruins (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin was crushed by West Park (Roseville, CA), 65-57, in a non-league match.
