Arizona High School Basketball - Sahuarita holds off Queen Creek
November 26, 2025: Queen Creek, AZ 85242 The Sahuarita Mustangs basketball team scored 34 points and limited the host Queen Creek Bulldogs to 30 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sahuaro for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 2. Sahuarita will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 53-18 non-league win over Walden Grove (Sahuarita, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.
The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Hawks come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Buckeye held off Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ), 73-47, in a non-league bout.
